My Story
I started writing my memoirs back in 1996 after returning to Toronto from a year away in Arizona, travelling, painting and living in a tiny town called Jerome that clung to the side of Cleopatra Hill on the rugged and steep Mingus Mountain. The characters I met and the adventures that took place were enough to be written down . A full book of memoirs is in the making, but until that is ready, I'll be posting two other finished stories.
In the 1980'S I was immersed in the Toronto art and Music scene. As a student at the Ontario College of Art and living in warehouses around the city I became an accomplished female drummer and played in many rock, thrash and alternative bands. These are stories of my humble beginnings.
